Documents to apply

You’ll need to provide:

  • Your most recent paystub.

  • Your Social Security number or card.

Deposit and move-in charges

We’ll need:

  • An application fee.

  • Pro-rated rent, depending on when your lease starts.

  • A security deposit of at least one month’s rent.

  • Lease Easy standard service fees.

How to qualify

As an applicant, you must have:

  • No felony convictions within the last six years.

  • No open bankruptcies.

  • No previous evictions or unpaid rent.

  • A favorable credit history.

  • A household gross income of three times the monthly rent.
