Deposit and move-in charges

Pro-rated rent, depending on when your lease starts.
A security deposit of at least one month’s rent.
Lease Easy standard service fees.

How to qualify

As an applicant, you must have:

No felony convictions within the last six years.
No open bankruptcies.
No previous evictions or unpaid rent.
A favorable credit history.
A household gross income of three times the monthly rent.
